CASE STUDY:

Redesigning the Endeavors Website

The redesign provided:

  • Enhanced user experience, increased engagement

  • Clear messaging

  • Greater impact, stronger community connection

  • Endeavors is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing Veterans and their families with comprehensive programs aimed at facilitating growth, healing, transformation, and success. Their mission is to support those who have served our country by offering a variety of resources tailored to their unique needs.

  • The existing website and event landing pages lacked clarity in messaging, making it difficult for users to understand the array of programs available. There was a need to simplify and streamline the information to better communicate Endeavors’ offerings and impact.

  • The primary goal of the redesign is to enhance the user experience by presenting the messaging in a more straightforward and engaging manner. Key objectives include:

    • Crafting strong headlines that capture attention.

    • Developing supporting copy that provides clarity and context.

    • Selecting relevant imagery that resonates with the audience.

    • Implementing interactive elements to encourage engagement and exploration.

  • By focusing on these components, we aim to create a more cohesive narrative that effectively communicates the value of the programs to the Veterans and their families that Endeavors serves. This redesigned approach will help to ensure that the organization's message is not only heard but also understood, ultimately fostering connection and involvement within the community.

Conclusion

Through this redesign process, Endeavors will be better positioned to share their mission and make a meaningful impact on the lives of Veterans and their families. The improved website and event landing pages will serve as a vital resource, guiding individuals towards the support they need to thrive.
